Title VI Statement

The Martha’s Vineyard Transit Authority is committed to following a policy of non-discrimination in the conduct of its business, including its Title VI responsibilities and to the delivery of equitable and accessible transportation services. Any person who believes that he or she has been subjected to discrimination under Title VI on the basis of race, color or national origin may file a Title VI complaint with VTA within 180 days from the date of the alleged discrimination.

You may file a complaint by calling 508-693-9440, writing to Lauren Thomas, Deputy Administrator, Martha’s Vineyard Transit Authority, 11 A Street, Edgartown, MA 02539, going to the VTA offices located at 11 A Street, Edgartown MA, between the hours of 8:30AM and 4:30PM Monday through Friday or emailing the Deputy Administrator.
